Here at W2W, we have designed a 20-week fitness course that perfectly combines Mixed Martial Arts, Strength and Conditioning and mental endurance training to give each of our participants a vessel for remarkable transformations, both physically and mentally. For 20 weeks, you will spend 5 days a week training early in the morning. While the rest of the world sleeps, you will be pushing yourself to the limit, conquering your inner demons, and learning invaluable skills in self-defence and Martial Arts.
Over the past 8 years, we have finely tuned our program with the help of nutritionists, athletes, and some of MMA’s top coaches to create the world’s leading Martial Arts fitness program. Having tested our program on thousands of individuals of all ages, races, backgrounds, and fitness levels, we have been able to design a program that is effective for everyone, regardless of what their end goal is.
The Warrior Training Program is unique in the sense that for the entirety of the program, you will have access to our coaches on a daily basis. From Monday to Friday, you will train under the guidance of your coaches who can give you advice on how to improve your techniques, alongside answer any questions you have on the program, and what you need to do to achieve your goals. When you’re not in the gym, you will have access to an exclusive Facebook group where you can have your questions answered by coaches and fellow warriors.
When it comes to nutrition, you will not have to think twice about what you have to do to reach your physical goals.
