The 20 week training program

In this fully immersive program, you’ll push yourself to limits you’ve never reached before and be physically and mentally stronger than you ever thought possible.

It will take 100 early morning mixed martial arts (MMA) training sessions to get there, learning a combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Muay Thai/Kickboxing. You’ll train under some of the top MMA coaches in the world, in a clean, friendly and supportive group training environment.

The first 10 weeks are dedicated to teaching you basic MMA skills and building your fitness, before heading into fight camp – an intense 10 weeks of training designed to give you the experience and resilience needed to step inside the octagon for your first amateur MMA fight.

With friends and family watching you under the bright lights, you will prove that you have overcome all physical and mental limitations and done something truly life-changing.


Who does the Warrior Training Program?

This ground-breaking training program brings MMA to everyday men and women. It is designed for those with no prior background in MMA, to give them a safe, supportive and friendly intro to this fast-growing sport.

It doesn’t matter if your current fitness levels are zero, or if you’re ready for the Crossfit Games! After 20 weeks of training, you’ll be in the BEST shape of your life through the unique style of MMA training and focus on creating healthier habits. 

You must be 18+ to join, however there’s no upper age limit. We’re proud to have Warriors around the world in their 50s and 60s! You must have medical clearance to compete at your Finale event, and you are encouraged to chat with your doctor regarding any health conditions prior to commencing.

You’ll learn alongside others also looking to make a healthy, positive change to their life. Lifelong friendships will be formed, because YOU will become the one-percenters.
